I have two houses in the ASheville area and would like to swap for recreational, farmland or vacation property somewhere else. Here is what I would prefer but will look at all offers.
1) Farm or timberland in east or central Tennessee with or without a small house for hunting. I prefer that the land be level to rolling property with good access.
2) The other option would be a nice lakefront lot or acreage to park our RV in northern Wisconsin, Minnesota or the U.P. of Michigan, or Tennessee.
3) A beach house or condo along the Atlantic coast of North Carolina or South Carolina.
