How GoSwap credits work
GoSwap runs on a simple credit system instead of commissions. One credit is worth $0.50 (every $1 buys 2 credits), and every action on the platform has a flat credit price, never a percentage of your asset's value. Credit packages start at 20 credits for $10 and scale up to 1,000 credits for $500, and you can also buy a custom amount. For purchases above 10,000 credits, contact support and we'll set it up directly.
Free to start
Every new account receives 20 free credits (a $10 value) the moment it's created. That's enough to create your first listing (4 credits) and still send more than a dozen swap proposals, since each proposal costs just 1 credit and covers all the back-and-forth messages inside it. Optional AI-powered tools, like generated listing descriptions, cost 1 credit per use. You can browse, search, and receive proposals without spending anything at all.
What credits are used for
Beyond listing and proposing, credits unlock optional upgrades: featuring a listing for 30 days of highlighted placement costs 40 credits, an extra photo and video block (100 additional media slots plus unlimited videos) costs 30 credits, and each embedded link on a listing costs 20 credits. When a swap successfully completes, each side pays a flat platform and document preparation fee of 500 credits ($250 equivalent), one fee per user, not per listing, and never a percentage, and receives 20 credits back as a completion reward.
Subscriptions and earning credits
Subscriptions are optional. The Free plan includes your signup credits, basic AI models, and standard listing tools. The Standard and Premium plans add monthly refill credits, enhanced AI features, and per-listing analytics showing views over time, saves, and how often each listing appears in searches and matches, with Premium also including priority support, premium AI model access, and premium media encoding. The Partner plan (for real estate agents, brokers, dealers, and advertisers) adds unlimited free listings, no document fee, a partner badge, and your brokerage ad in search results. You can also earn credits for free: sharing listings with your referral link earns 1 credit per unique visitor (up to 100 per month), plus a 10-credit bonus when someone you referred creates an account.
