RVs for trade
Some owners are hitting the road full-time. Others are parking for good. Both sides of that story meet here — motorhomes and trailers traded for homes, land, vehicles, and boats.
Two directions, one marketplace
Hitting the road
Retirees and remote workers trading fixed homes for rigs — full-time RV living without a cash conversion in the middle. Buyers who want an RV but have a car or boat to offer rather than cash land here too.
Parking for good
Full-timers ready to settle down trading their rig for a home or land, and seasonal owners converting motorhome equity into a year-round asset like real estate.

Know your rigs
These listings span every class. Class, age, and condition — especially of the roof, slides, and appliances — set what a rig trades for.
Class A
The big coaches — bus-style, diesel or gas, top value and top maintenance
Class B & C
Vans and cab-chassis rigs — easier to drive, strong demand in trades
Fifth wheels
Towables that pair with a truck; often traded as a rig-plus-truck package
Travel trailers
The entry point — lighter value, but the fastest-moving trade category
The one thing that kills RV value
Water. Soft floors, stained ceilings, and failed roof seals signal repairs that can cost more than the rig is worth. Before any trade — either direction — put a certified RV inspector on it.
Hire a certified RV inspector to check roof seals, slides, and delamination
Test all appliances, the generator, plumbing, and electrical systems
Confirm clear title and no outstanding lien
Review chassis maintenance and engine/generator hours on motorized units
Recent-style trades from the road
A Class A diesel pusher traded directly for a small home or manufactured house in a retirement community
A fifth-wheel plus truck combo swapped for a starter home and a smaller vehicle, making the transition to permanent living
A Class C motorhome traded for a boat and cash, giving the owner a different kind of adventure platform
